Jade N Jewel does not support Exchange or Return once a transaction has occurred. Each Jadeite offered comes with is tested and certified, as well as other materials such as Gold etc. Should an event that our products sold be proven not genuine within 1 month of Purchase, Purchased item would be fully refunded.
