Being each product is genuine Type A Jadeite, we do not offer refund other than a defect, however if there is a defect, however, before we make a delivery, we will take a few pictures for you and send them to your email address. we may offer to exchange for other design as each of our product has only 1 unique design, we have no duplicates in our inventory.

Jade N Jewel does not support Exchange or Return once a transaction has occurred. Each Jadeite offered comes with is tested and certified, as well as other materials such as Gold etc. Should an event that our products sold be proven not genuine within 1 month of Purchase, Purchased item would be fully refunded.
